Refund policy

At Living Stone Creative, we take great care in creating and packaging our products. Due to the nature of our items, our return and refund policies vary by product type.


Food Products

For safety and quality reasons, all food products are final sale.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Dehydrated sourdough starters

  • Any edible or consumable goods

We do not accept returns or exchanges on food items once they have been shipped. This policy is in place to ensure food safety and compliance with health standards.

If your food item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right.


Kitchen Tools & Non-Food Items

We accept returns on unused, non-food kitchen items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In original packaging

To initiate a return, please contact us before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Processing time is typically 3–5 business days


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund when appropriate.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Food and consumable products

  • Digital downloads

  • Items marked “Final Sale”
