Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time refers to the time needed to prepare your order for shipment and does not include transit time.
During periods of high order volume or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Methods
We ship orders within the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS and other reputable shipping services.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Food Products
Due to the nature of food and consumable products:

Orders cannot be modified once shipped

Shipping delays caused by the carrier do not qualify for refunds
We take care to package food items securely to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Living Stone Creative is not responsible for:

Shipping delays caused by the carrier

Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but not received

Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
